About Mind2Move
Investigators:

Study Population:
Individuals with a history of a cardiovascular event
Individuals who are physically inactive
Study Duration:
9 months for both groups
Three 1.5 hour in-person appointments at baseline, 6 months, and 9 months

If you choose to participate, you will be randomly assigned (like flipping a coin) to one group
Group A: Will attend online Tai Chi classes for six months and use a Fitbit with step goals and track your progress
Group B: Will be given an educational booklet on physical activity for individuals with heart conditions and a Fitbit at the end of the study

Receive a Fitbit device to keep at the end of the study
